Course Open.

6.1. The business and affairs of the Men’s Club shall be under the jurisdiction and control of a Committee (hereinafter, referred to as “The Men’s Committee”).

6.2. The business and affairs of the Ladies Club shall be under the jurisdiction and control of a Committee (hereinafter, referred to as “The Ladies Committee”).

6.3. The business and affairs of the Parent Club shall be under the jurisdiction and control of the Management Committee elected by the members of the Club present at a Club Annual General Meeting and entitled to vote.

6.4. The Men’s Committee, Ladies Committee and Management Committee may from any time to time form sub-committees and delegate to such sub-committees any of its powers and duties provided that the decision of any sub-committee may be set aside or altered in any way the relevant committee may think fit. Should any item be in dispute, it is the decision of the Management Committee that shall prevail.

6.5. Should matters of importance arise at the Men’s or Ladies Committee, which have to be referred to the Management Committee, the Chairperson of the sub-committee involved shall have the right to attend the meeting of the Management Committee to present the case, if he/she is not a member of the Management Committee.

6.6. The chairperson of a sub-committee may be requested to attend (without voting rights) meetings of the Committee which appointed the sub-committee if he/she is not already a member of that Committee.
