16.1. The Management Committee is empowered to make and alter bye-laws for the regulation of Bandon Golf Club other than the statutory rules for the sale or supply of intoxicating liquors. These shall be binding until set aside by a General Meeting. The Management Committee is empowered to withdraw the use of the clubhouse and course from any member or visitor who wilfully infringes any of the Rules or bye-laws of Bandon Golf Club. The Management Committee shall have available for members all such bye-laws for their information. The Management Committee shall be the sole authority and have sole responsibility for the interpretation of the rules and bye-laws.
16.2. Personal Property
16.3. All Personal belongings of members, visitors and others brought to, kept at or left on the premises of Bandon Golf Club shall be at the sole risk of the owners, and the Management Committee shall not be responsible for any loss or damage thereto, however arising. This rule shall not prejudice any claims by Bandon Golf Club or the owners against Insurance Companies in case of fire or when otherwise covered by insurance.
16.4. Rules in Relation to the Sale of Intoxicating Liquors
16.5. No excisable liquor shall be sold or supplied for consumption except in accordance with the statutory provisions effective at such time.
16.6. The club will only have six local sport club classics a year and the mixed foursomes will have a slot on the time sheet (Friday Afternoons 4:00 pm) every second week, allowing for Classics, President and Captains prizes.
