CURRENT QUOTA FOR NEW JUNIOR/JUVENILE MEMBERS PER ANNUM IS 30
Applications are to be submitted ONLY through the Bandon Golf Club Office and may be made at any time of the year. Applications will be processed on the following basis:
Applications received the previous year prior to the 31st of March in respect of those who did not receive a place in that year.
Applications received the previous year between the 1st of April and the 31st of December in respect of members children.
Applications received the previous year between the 1st of April and the 31st of December in respect of those other than members children .
Applications received from all parties from the 1st of January to the 31st of March in the year of membership.
The quota for membership will be filled from Priority 1 applications, then Priority 2 applications, then Priority 3 applications and finally Priority 4 applications until the quota is filled or all applications are processed, whichever comes first. All applications will be numbered on receipt and places will be offered in the second instance based on the order received.
In January the Membership Sub-Committee will meet and approve valid applications and membership will be offered to those approved.
Subsequently should any of those offered membership decline same, the next valid application on the list will be approved and membership offered.
Once the membership quota is reached all other applications will be (if requested) given Priority 1 status for the following year.
Children of members will only receive priority in respect of applications received between the 1st of April and the 31st of December of the year prior to membership.
Any applications which have been approved but are not completed (i.e. Fees paid and all necessary paperwork returned) by the 31st of March in the year of membership may be voided and membership offered to the next candidate on the list.
