Catering Opportunity
Bandon Golf Club invites interest in the provision of catering services for the Club. Situated in Bandon and a short distance to the town centre.
This provides a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated caterer, with a desire to build a business, to work in ‘partnership’ with the club to maximise the potential of our facilities for members, visitors, and the local community.
There is a huge potential for attracting new business including, but not limited to, restaurant evenings, parties, and business meetings.
We offer full use of a well-equipped catering kitchen with direct access to the bar overlooking the 18th green/ putting green and Pro Shop Area.
The club offers:

Applicants for the position should be able to demonstrate the following capabilities:
· Self-driven and motivated to succeed.
· Experienced in the provision of good quality meals and snacks.
· Training or experience in the catering trade
· Be able to provide catering on a flexible basis to meet the business requirements.
· Provide high quality food with high standards of presentation and service.
· An extensive bar menu
· Sunday lunches
· Team matches and visiting party meals.
· Club social function dining evenings.
· Member and non-member private functions/celebrations
· Health and Safety and food hygiene experience
