15.1. A Special General Meeting may be called at the request of the Management Committee or on a requisition to the Hon. Secretary of the Management Committee signed by at least 50 ordinary members of the club or at the request of a majority of the Trustees. A meeting called at the request of members should be called within a maximum of 28 days of such requisition. At least seven days’ notice of such meeting must be given to every ordinary member of the club. The requisition must set out the purpose for which the meeting is called and the purpose must be stated on the notice convening the meeting and no other matters may be raised at the meeting.
