11.1. All entrance levies and annual subscription for all membership categories shall be such sums as shall from time to time be fixed by the Annual General Meeting by way of Notice of Motion as per Article 14.4.3.
11.2. All subscriptions for membership and any levies raised from time to time become due on 1st January in each year and must be paid on or before 1st February in each year.
11.3. Subscriptions and Levies paid by Monthly Direct Debit shall commence on the 15th, January of each financial year of the Club and shall be paid over the 10-month period, ending 31st October.
11.4. Any member whose subscription and levies remain unpaid after 1st February shall be notified in writing that, unless his/her subscription and levies are paid by 1st March, he/she may have his/her membership rescinded. Members who default on their direct Debit payments shall be notified in writing that, unless his/her payments are brought up to date, he/she may have his/her membership rescinded. In the meantime, he/she shall not be entitled to play on the course or in competitions of the Club or use the facilities of the Clubhouse, until his/her subscription and levies are paid in full.
11.5. During their terms of office, the Chairperson, President, both Captains, the Hon. Secretary, Hon. Treasurer, Hon. Course Officer, Hon. House and Social Officer, Hon Membership, Marketing and Business Development Officer, both Hon. Competition Secretaries and both Hon Youth Officers shall be exempt from Annual Subscriptions.
11.6. The Vice Chairperson and the Vice President receive a concession of 50% of the annual subscription. The remaining Hon. Officers of both the Men’s and Ladies club included at 7.1 will receive a concession of 50% of the annual subscription.
